I flew in on business and had bought a truck on line. The truck needed a couple of things done to dial it in correctly. I brought my truck to CB with the hopes that I would be dealt with honestly, especially being from out of town and just passing through. I have been in the car business for 25 years and have NEVER seen a repair facility with so much integrity! Not only was I treated right, the facility was the nicest I had ever seen.

After the repairs were made I took off to Arkansas for more business. On the way their the truck developed a problem. Come to find out the spark plug thread seat blew out. (a common ford problem) I was unaware of this common problem and was of the belief that it was due to something they had done incorrectly...like over tightening the plug. I called and got a hold of the owner and explained my situation and that the truck was now in another shop in Arkansas and I was going to have to pay for this repair. I am sorry I do not remember the owners name!.He was so concerned for me and my situation and after explaining to me that this was a common Ford problem and that he was almost positive that it had nothing to do with the repairs they had made, he still offered to pay for my repairs!! He told me he would put a check in the mail and reimburse me for the repairs. Sure enough a few days later a checked arrived.

These guys knew I was not coming back because I was just traveling through and yet had the integrity to go above and beyond! Hooray for the good guys!! Not a lot of them in this business but I assure you that at Christian Brothers you will find honesty, integrity and they do a great job of letting others see Jesus through them! A BREATH OF FRESH AIR! Thank You!

Hey Guys, You gave me a ride home, you gave me a discount, you came in under your estimate, you took care of more than I came in for, and you saved me money down the road. The customer service you provide is unheard of in this day and age and to do it all with graciousness is just not what I have come to expect from my mechanic. You guys have raised the bar and I am truly a fan. And just when I thought it could get no better I realized you had washed my truck. Thank You, You made my day.

Jim and the entire staff at Christian Brothers Automotive understand customer service and perform exceptional customer service at the highest level, consistently. Very refreshing to have found a business that sees things from the customers' perspective and treats the customer the way they would want to be treated (with honesty and fairness in price point, with courtesy, excellent communications).
